Block access to certain site via the Hosts file

The hosts file can be specified for a given host name, eg www.example.com a specific IP address while ignoring the DNS.

And 'so that you can make looking for the domain www.example.com instead of solving the real IP via DNS, to force such localhost and block access.

Video installation TOR (The Onion Router)

Taking a cue from the block, the first at the DNS level and then at the IP layer of the TPB site here's a video guide to install TOR on Firefox on Windows.

What is TOR?

Tor (The Onion Router) is a communication system anonymous internet-based second-generation onion routing protocol.

Tor protects users against traffic analysis through a network of onion routers (also called relay), managed by volunteers, which allow anonymous outbound traffic and the creation of anonymous hidden services. Originally sponsored by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, was a project of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and is now managed by The Tor Project, a nonprofit association.
