The Anti-Virus sicurametne are essential, unfortunately, but they are also among the most invedenti programs in their facilities.
Very often also the normal uninstall still leaves traces that can cause small and big problems, such as to avoid the installation of an Anti-virus of a different manufacturer.

If you try to install, modify, remove applications with Windows-based setup in safe mode re Installar will receive the following error:
Unable to access the Windows Installer service. Windows may be running in safe mode or Windows Installer may not be set properly.
