To know you can send by fax a copy of the form of letters and received COMPLETED OR NOT SIGNED the TRUE registry (NIC) to fax 050/3152713 (External Relations), in order to adequately pursue this scam.

What is TOR?
Tor (The Onion Router) is a communication system anonymous internet-based second-generation onion routing protocol.
Tor protects users against traffic analysis through a network of onion routers (also called relay), managed by volunteers, which allow anonymous outbound traffic and the creation of anonymous hidden services. Originally sponsored by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, was a project of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and is now managed by The Tor Project, a nonprofit association.

Some will wonder why you should dispute the fact that the authorities have tried to obscure a site containing a lot and shared copyrighted material illegally.
One of the reasons and that TPB (The Pirate Bay) does not have illegally shared material (technically not even that), but also material which is quite legitimate. If one day, in arresting 100 people including 99 convicted the innocent it is you?
Another thing, TPB has not been closed with a beautiful seal, kidnapped, DNS were simply diverted to anything (localhost), in practice it has become a disappeared .
A page of explanation with two regenerated, who sought to block and why (the charge) would certainly have been more correct ....
Speech is very different to Colombo-BT , they were taken with "handed" the directors of the Forum, has been disputed charge, which prima facie correct, but expect the process ...
What is the importance given to freedom , to knowing what you are accused?

As already happened some time ago some sites were blocked at the DNS level by the Italian authorities and this time it happened to thepiratebay.org and similar websites, that complaint-style fascism seems to be some powerful organized to defend their business advantage, as if they did previously, their location, according to you, Berlusconi , owner of Mediaset and Medusa Film when they lose the Torrent sites & Co.? It seems that the order to block the party from both GIP Bergamo, Giancarlo Mancusi, the same who had little time to quit Colombo-BT The problem is that this Chinese censorship is way shorter than you might think ...
You can do one of these things:
