A few days ago my boiler, a Beretta Super Exclusive went to block, display the error message was 03 scavenging.
Armed with patience, I investigated the problem ...
Here's what I did to solve the problem:
- Turn off the boiler and disconnect from the mains (for your safety)
- Unscrew the two screws at the top of the panel
- Remove the two screws at the base of the boiler (near the wall)
- At this point, remove the cover of the boiler, and must raise it
- In the upper part, where drain is located there are two transparent tubes (13 and 14)
- Disconnect the hoses from the sensor (disk a few centimeters in diameter with two wires)
- Make sure the hoses are not clogged, replace if necessary
- If not only blocked blow into it with force several times, leaving them connected by the side exhaust pipe, possibly using a compressor
- Reassemble everything

UPDATE:
After several months of regular operation it has been necessary, because the recurrence of the problem, the disassembly of the elbow pipe where they fit the tubes 13 and 14.
Is contained within a pitot tube that creates the pressure difference necessary to detect the passage of the exhaust air, and after a thorough cleaning encrustations from the flue gases, the boiler has regularly taken up operation.

I just wanted to tell you that the error does 03 even when the black wires going to the sensor (the round black which is attached to the transparent tubes) are oxidized.
The wires are connected to the microswitch by means of Faston terminals.
Simply pull the spade with the wires and pull powerfully moving left or right, maybe giving us some first SVITOL.
Then with a little sandpaper to sand the thin reed of copper (which is opaque and black xchè oxidized) of black microswitch and reassemble everything.

if you hear from the gas but no spark the electrode is simply the ignition module (code r10028890) if you are sure that gas comes out though ... if you hear from the fan without a light tach and just watch the suction pipe should be in front of the house ... things to do with a solid red block, unless you are an engineer, are looking at whether there is current, correct gas pressure (1.2-1.3 bar sull'idrometro bottom left) c ya ...!

Hi I have a beretta exclusive. My problem is abnormal. My boiler was almost stolen failed. Moral I did find, I guess the thieves, all the wires disconnected. Basically I am nela junction box should be 2-wire current, other 2 wires of the same color but smaller section that should be the thermostat and then another 2 wires that supply the boiler. To recover I have acted in the following way. If your boiler is a hello 24 cai (open chamber ionized), and go to AL03 means that the chimney is too low, that long use, the sensor is heated and goes on the block! For a good operation, the exhaust pipe must have a vertical length of about 1m, take a look at the instruction booklet

We just managed to fix the boiler, which was blocked (error 3) when the lid of the boiler was closed (or opened but it worked). It was simply clean with a wire, the Pitot tube and then blow it with compressed air.
